I am very glad my dentist recommended Dr West. I am on step 1 of getting an implant to replace a molar that broke apart. So far everything has gone very well. Dr West and his staff are very thorough and caring. Everything is explained on advance and the treatment was painless. They even called me in the evening to check that I was doing OK. I’ve blocked you 8 months ago but yet you call asking for someone I don’t know, I’ve called and still you are calling me. Does it take that much education to learn how to remove a phone number?????? - Daniel Vasef Worst experience of my life! - Alexander Mutalibov Initially, Dr. West's office staff was friendly and professional. I was told there would be no charge for the consultation as long as I had x-rays sent from my dentist's office, which I did. Dr. West was very good during the consultation. The following week when checking my dental insurance online, I realized Dr. West had billed and received $75 from my insurance benefits! I was never once told that I would be billed, I didn't sign any authorizing benefits from my insurance and I was never given any receipt showing the charge. When I called the office twice about the charge, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, telling me I was “wasting their time and they had important clients waiting”. Two staff members said the money didn't come out of my pocket to which I explained it certainly would if I chose to have any dental work done this year. The staff is excellent, they worked with Dr. West to fit me in the schedule on an emergency basis, even though the pandemic has effected their business hours. Very practical safety measures to insure the safety of all the patients leaving me very comfortable about the concerns for social distancing guidelines. The staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was readily available. My family and I have been patient for years due to the quality of care and the long term staff that always is accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. It is apparent that they are a cohesive team that work well together and care for each other and their patients!

Dr. West and his team consider your dental health to be their top priority. The atmosphere is excellent and their competence puts you at ease right away. The office environment is comfortable, relaxing and the whole team is helpful and kind. Dr. West has been fantastic in helping me get my smile back after going through some tough dental issues. I am thankful for the help he has given me, and I look forward to working with him again should the need arise in the future.

Everything associated with this event was truly a delight. I realize that may sound strange for such a traumatic event but the staff for A to Z made me comfortable and reassured. While I was largely comotose through the procedure, I felt that Dr. West and his staff, notably Stephanie, the assistant who inserted the IV and talked me through my worries in pre-op, were all stellar and very caring. Still waiting for the final results of this procedure (otherwise a 10 would be in order), but am pretty competent that the folks that worked on my peridontal issues are very competent

Dr. West and his staff were wonderful! I was so nervous, but they put me at ease and the procedure was almost painless. The nurse even called to check on me later the same day. I highly recommend Dr. West.

Dr. West and his team were very thorough. I was experiencing a pain level of 9 when I contacted his office. They didn’t have an opening at that time but promised to call if there was a cancellation. His office called the next day to get me in. His diagnosis and treatment was right on the mark. I am so grateful! I would feel confident recommending Dr. West to friends and family.
